It’s FINALLY here! Tonight we kick off our 2019 recitals!!
Here are a few quick details to know:
Doors open 20 minutes before showtime.
If your dancer misplaced a shoe or costume this week they can look in our lost and found pile which is located in the gym. We will place all found items on the table right inside the gym doors.
Don't forget to turn in your DVD order form. Brian Gnuse will be filming the Saturday Works 2 & 3 Little Dudes and Divas and all dances in both shows on Sunday.
There will be flowers for sale in the lobby before and after all shows.
Main Show Details:
Doors will open for every show 20 minutes before showtime. If your dancer has a dance in the first act of the main show they need to arrive and be ready to line up 15 minutes before showtime. If they only dance in the second act they can choose to arrive at 8:00pm.
Once dancers arrive and check-in to the dressing room, they will only be permitted to use the restrooms and line up for their dances. No dancers will be allowed in the lobby or out in the audience. If you are not staying for the entirety of the show you can check your dancer out of the dressing room when they are done dancing.
Dads are only allowed in the hallway outside of the gym doors. A staff member will happily assist any dance dads who need help with their dancer!
Little Dudes and Divas Details:
Doors will open for every show 20 minutes before showtime. We will line up the first Dudes and Divas dances ten minutes before show time.
Once your dancer arrives and checks in, they will go to the same area of the gym where they did during the dress rehearsal. We will have entertainment baskets and coloring stations for each group.
If you are not staying for the entirety of the show you can check your dancer out of the dressing room once they are done dancing. If you have a Works 2 or 3 dancer you can choose to check them out after they are done dancing and they can finish watching the show on your lap.
