Kathy Huddleston - Founder/Director
Hey there, I'm Kathy Huddleston, and I'm thrilled to be the founder and director here at The Dance Works. Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I've dedicated myself to sharing its beauty with our amazing students. With years of experience under my belt, I'm here to help our dancers find their rhythm, develop their skills, and shine on stage. At The Dance Works, we're all about creating a welcoming and nurturing environment where everyone can explore the world of dance. Can't wait to dance alongside you and share the joy of movement!
Siera Greiner - Founder/Director
Hey there, I'm Siera Greiner, and I'm one of the directors here at The Dance Works. Dance has been my passion since I can remember, and I've poured my heart and soul into making this studio a place where that passion can thrive. I've spent years honing my skills and teaching dance, and it's been incredible to see our students grow and express themselves through movement. I'm all about fostering creativity and discipline while having a ton of fun along the way. Can't wait to dance with you at The Dance Works!

Emma Oelofse
Miss Emma grew up dancing right here at TDW! She knew she wanted to work with kids as adance teacher her whole life but wasn't quite sure what God's plan was for her. After graduating high school, she briefly moved to Missouri, where she fell in love with Youth Ministry. While there, she was part of a dance crew called 2:10, where she could use her love of dance to teach kids how to use movement as an expressive outlet. She then moved back to Kearney and dove right into Youth Ministry as an intern at her church. During this time, she worked on her credentialing to become a Pastor and even nannied for Kathy and Siera. She completed her studies in 2017 and was offered the opportunity to return to TDW as a dance teacher shortly after. She knew this was what God was preparing her for and said YES! Being a Dance Teacher is her absolute dream job, and she feels so blessed to minister to kids every day. Her mission is to have every student she encounters feel the love of God and know that she is someone "in their corner." While she's not being a Dance Teacher, she's at home taking care of her puppy and spending time with her husband, Matt!
Kylee Krauss
Kylee's interest in dance started in her hometown of Papillion, NE. She danced competitively at Nebraska Dance for 11 years and was on the dance team at Papillion South High School, where she graduated in 2017. She then moved to Kearney to attend the University of Nebraska at Kearney to pursue a degree in Social Work. Kylee continued to dance during college as a UNKSapphire. She thought working at TDW could be a fun job during college, but it has now turned into one of her greatest passions. Kylee graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2021 and continues to share her excitement for dance at The Dance Works. She is also a social worker at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital. Her love of dance continues to grow in many different ways. In 2021, Kylee added another dance opportunity and became the head coach of the Kearney Catholic Lucky Stars Dance Team. In addition to her dedication to dance, she has a devotion to helping and encouraging growth in others around her.
Stephanie Munch
Stephanie grew up right here at TDW! She started with just a tap class at the age of 3 and was hooked! She was an original member of the company back in 2005 and competed until she graduated high school. Stephanie has a cosmetology degree that comes in super handy when helping dancers get ready for the stage! Although she liked the beauty industry, her love of dance continued to grow, and she decided that teaching dance was her passion. You'll find her hard at work behind the scenes in all aspects of TDW, especially the sparkly costumes! She is thrilled to come to work every day and share her excitement, knowledge, and passion for dance with all of the dancers!
Chrissy Misener
Meet Chrissy Misener, one of our passionate instructors here at The Dance Works. Chrissy brings a wealth of experience and a deep love for dance to our studio. Her journey in dance has been nothing short of inspiring, and she's dedicated herself to helping our students discover their potential. With her patient and encouraging teaching style, Chrissy creates a supportive atmosphere where dancers of all levels can flourish. Whether you're taking your first steps on the dance floor or refining your technique, Chrissy is here to guide you on your dance journey at The Dance Works.
